Hi, I’m Chris Rhodes. As a native Washingtonian, I don’t just know the DMV and Delaware beach markets—they are truly a part of who I am. My introduction to real estate started long before my professional license. Growing up the son of a builder, developer, and interior designer, I spent my teenage years on job sites learning the business from the ground up—swinging hammers, participating in land development, renovating homes from the foundation up, and even designing landscapes. That hands-on upbringing gave me a deep, lifelong appreciation for quality custom craftsmanship, with attention to detail and an eye for each property's true potential.

When I officially launched my real estate career in 1999, that background helped me hit the ground running. I was incredibly honored to be named Rookie of the Year for the DC Metro area with Long & Foster, and within a few years, I was recognized in the top 1% of real estate agents nationwide. Over the past 26 years, I have had the privilege and responsibility of guiding families, investors, and developers through over 600 successful career transactions.

While I am deeply grateful for these milestones, real estate for me has never been about the numbers. It is about the trust people place in me during one of the most important transitions of their lives. Grounded in this commitment to service, I was deeply honored in 2025 to be elected by my peers to the Board of Directors for the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR).
